I honestly don't know who I am. I mean as far as names go, I don't what makes me, me. I'm aware of how my life is, but I just don't know what I can become. How can I interact with my life? Do I need labels? Or am I just who I am? Do actions or experience define me? What?
What makes me question all these is the fact that I got delusional by fictional characters and I lost contact with who I truly am. But I'm starting to be real now. Now what? Who am I, seriously. I'm just living my life as it is and thats it? Seem so meaningless, but I do want to live anyways.
What can I do to find that self identity? Without directly be a fake.

How I initially started to find myself was through writing about myself and thoughts. I noticed trends of things I thought about or did. It took me years and hundreds of pages to start my self search, since I had a lot of problems.
After that I played attention to things that I had interest in and what I didn't lose interest in. In other words my hobbies and what I did in my free time that I constantly and continuously did.
Labels work against finding yourself, since it is how others see you, not how you see yourself. No one can tell you who you truly are except yourself. It takes time and is different for everyone too.
