My situation is quite similar. In two years I'll have graduated and must choose my way for the future. Since my best subject is maths I always wanted to become an engineer. Except for maths my grades are somewhat below average. I don't think I'll be able to enter any university with that bad grades and I had no idea what to do with my future. The advice that I got from others was to wait. It's still 2 years. A lot can change in two years. I don't believe that my grades will become super good, but I surely can get a new idea what I could become except for an engineer.
I suggest you should wait too. Make a list with jobs that are interesting for you and search for the pros and cons. You will find your way! Good luck!
