I have some experience with problems like these. The answer is usually to tell an administrator at school. That usually solves the problem. Now, If that dose'nt, definatley get you parents involved. Of course, before you do all that ask her. Just say something along the lines of, "Hey, [her name]. I have a question, why do you dislike me??"
