I work with computers allot, I'm good at it. I've got a decent job and usually I'm left alone to do my own work. I have an issue when it comes to leadership roles when someone tells me to be the lead in an IT project. I'm just not confident in myself or my abilities, I get nervous when people look at me and I make stupid mistakes when that happens. I have anxiety and a fear of being judged by other people, adding on I'm a pessimist so I always assume the worse. That's why most of my life I clung to others to speak for me while I did the work. How can a be a better person when it comes to being calm working in a stressful environment? Knowing if I screw up I could be fired?
