But you gotta do both, cause if you just laugh it off you'll be ignoring it. Yet it's never good to sulk about anything too long. The best possible option is to learn from it and move on.

There was good and bad, but you know more about relationships and people. That will help future relationships succeed and let you know what kind of person you want to spend you're life with. For example you know what values you want your partner to have or don't have. You learned some traits of another that you know will be incompatible with some of yours, along with what is compatible.
