Hi there guys. So to cut it short, i somehow have got enough of my coworker insensitive jokes. I work at a leasing company, and i'm already working in this compnay about 2,5 months, i already got the knack of how things running here. But the only thing that makes me not comfortable is their insensitive jokes, i know that jokes in work is important ti let off some steam, i'm even laugh together with them. but there's this one guy, who seems to be "know everything" always throwing such a bad jokes. The question is, should i just let it slide or tell the guy that his jokes are sometimes got out of the line? I feel stressed more and more everytime i go to work when i know i will get those bad jokes come to me again.

What is a "bad joke" in your opinion? A joke that isn´t funny? Or a joke that hurts you somehow?
A joke that isn´t funny is no joke, so he´s just talking bullshit. In that case ignore him - perhaps he´s dumb or has no humor.
In case he tries to hurt you or to provoke you with his jokes... try to fire back. Make some "bad jokes" yourself. If you are better than him, you´ll win some respect and he might stop his "bad jokes".
