I just need to get this out because I can't stop thinking about it...
Me and my family moved about a year and a half ago and I was happy to leave a full of people that hated me, but was and still am upset over not being as close to my friends anymore. I made new friends here and now there is a change we might be going back, if we do then I'll be far from the people I care about here and will have to deal with bullies; but I will also get to see my old friends. I'm not sure how to feel.

Well did you spend more time with your friends than your bullies? If so, than if I were you I'd be happy to move back. Because even though I've never moved, I do know bullies will be everywhere.
