So nice to meet you guys im reddd. let me get this straight in my friend group IM the therapist which i mean I can't even comfort people irl and on url it stresses me and i get frustrated yet i still help people and it works. I just wanna find out a way to not get all worked up about helping people. I mean I love to help but at the same time hate it.
