I finished year 12 in December 2016 and I've been applying for jobs ever since then, but I never seem to have any luck. I never know what I'm meant to say when they ask the questions like 'Tell us why you are the best person for this advertised vacancy?' or 'Why do you want to work for us?' if anyone has a good response for those questions please help me out. I NEED A JOB. :/

You have to boast about your abilities in the positions you're applying for, basically.
I was interviewed a few weeks ago and one of the questions was, "What kind of experience do you have (for this position)?" I attempted to sell myself, saying things like, "I know how to do [this and this] very well. In the past, I worked with [machine/tool] to create [object] for this class and [name other times]", etc.
