1 Name: Lucifer !FzAyW.Rdbg : 2017-05-17 02:36 ID:fQky8vvs [Del]

well actually i'm a kind of "shut in" person and I want to change my lifestyle, the only thing i do these days are watching TV or playing video games and lately it kind of sucks.I tried to be an outdoor person but the problem is my friends like to play "cricket" and i'm suck at it. I can't catch a ball or throw a ball I don't know why but throwing and catching doesn't make sense to me. so when ever i play with my friends my side always lose because of me, they always invite me to play with them but i feel guilty when they always lose because of me so i stop playing with them and became a shut in person again but I don't like it please help

Lucifer, just keep at it, try to improve overall, and try to do what your friends do. Just dont give up and have fun. I am no good at basketball, but i work towards getting better every time i play with my friends. Also, if you have the desire to be a more outgoing and open person, try to get involved in school activities or clubs.

There are tons of things you can find to do outside. Have you ever tried Geo caching? It's like a world wide treasure hunt. You ever play paintball or airsoft? Tons of fun both of them. Sometimes I wish the members that needed help we're nearby, it's always nice to open someone's eyes to a new world. Something so bright and adventurous and exciting. Sorry anyways, I used to be a shut in as well but I was lucky to have friends like the ones you speak of. They kept tugging my hand and eventually I didn't reset my life...just learned new skills and found a new level to play at. I hope the best for you in life and hope to hear you grow. But remember if you ever need a ear, we are all here for you.

This is all for very serious shut in. And you can pick what you like and custom make it for your tastes. But it gives a lot of insight. You don't just stop being a shut in, you can naturally trick yourself to change. Or make somewhere to go in the future.

depends how old you are. IN my case i was pretty much a shut in getting driven in a corner. Get clar defined objectives. Don,t just say your going to do it. Actually have a plan. act rationally and methodically and realistically.if possible. Get opportunities if you see one. But don't depend on it. Most people won't even be able to see it and even fewer can use it.

If you want you can get a job. Find social groups. See if your friends play other things. Or maybe just hang out with them. Talk to them and if worst come to worst sit on the sideline in bad situations.

Get means of transport down, see if you want a budget or if your not interested in trying stuff like that. go to the library it may be a bit more public and you might interact in healthier environment. Yet little demand socialy.

Know what you want to do. Know what you like. Heck for me it took me a year and a half to get this done before i could properly move anything. But with this your not jumping in the void. You pave your path and solid ground to leave shut in position. You said it yourself you have time. So think. You wont have this time forever.
