Does anybody know how I can learn German? I'm fine with any means like online teaching or an organisation that does it in person, but my only problem is that i don't have the fund to where I can pay for lessons meaning I need to find a way to learn for free.

Ive wanted to learn German for so long and have found nothing and am planning to permanently move to Germany in 4 years so it's something that I definitely need to do before then.

So if anybody has any suggestions I would be so greatly appreciated

Alright, I have 2 suggestions for you. The first is a free website to use called duolingo. I find the website to be a decent learning tool, but it gets a lot of criticism from people for various reasons so it's up to you if you feel it's good enough. The other suggestion I have is to find a band that you like that sings in German and listen to their music, it'll help you pick up on pronunciation and phrases as well as help you better understand grammar structure. Though I have only really just begun learning so take my advice with a grain of salt.
