So there is this guy, who is into me. We've known eachother for more than a year now and he is the one who was the cause to losing my virginity. The other day I told him I shouldn't be doing this. He disregarded that and was trying to concupiscent state. He asked if he could mate with me, and I told him I don't know. And he Still went with it. Is this considered rape or sexual assault or both?

Touchy subjects like rape and sexual assault are terrible >>1 but you would have to answer a question before I could give you an actual direct answer.

Did you willingly engage in the intercourse with him. y/n

It's that simple. If you were unwilling (not just it didn't feel right but legitimately unwilling) it would be considered sexual assault/rape.

It I told him I shouldn't be doing this, and I allowed him to do it because I know him... And care about him as a friends.>>2

then no >>3 It isn't rape or sexual assault, however if i were you i'd set up some serious boundaries with him. If it escalates further, I'd either stop talking to him, or get a restraining order.

Sorry if this doesn't help any.

rape: If ure not willing to do what he wants you to do (otherwise called, sex). So yeah i think its a sexual assault. well i met some people, and they said that they consider it as rape since they were shouting "NO NO NO STOP" to the guy when he was doing "it". So, my question is, do you enjoy it even the slightest?
