Hi I'm Holly. I need help or advice. Lately everything has just seemed so empty and meaningless and like nothing matters. Everyone tells me I need to think positive but it's really not that simple. I've also been having bursts of anger and I get mad over stupid things. I really don't wanna push anyone away and I don't want to lose my friends. I just need to get over this, any ideas on what I should do?

Hi Holly this is Luminous, I have had been through a similar situation with you when I was younger. I'd recommend talking to a counselor if it's not that bad. If it's something more than that then try asking your parents for a therapist. If it's something like you're gonna cut tomorrow or something you can tell them but they will have no choice in telling you're parents. If you feel alone try talking to a friend you know won't leave you or ditch you.

if they are your real friends they would help you get through with it and rhey would understand. otherwise, talk to your parents or seek counseling

You can also write down what your feeling at any moment in a book that only you can see, I'd recommend that. It's a good coping skill and relieves some feeling you might be having
