Ok.
So I'm having a slight problem with what I guess you could call paranoia.
I'm thinking too much. I used to do this about 5 or so years ago but it hasn't lasted this long. Since then I just accepted it and didn't think about it much. Recently, I've been thinking about how I could die any second and how no one really knows what death is like. For about a week I've been too scared to even sleep because I don't know if I will wake up.
This didn't really come out out of the blue though. My throat has been feeling a bit weird(I can't really explain it....I guess it felt like it was being poked?) and when I went to the doctor she said that she didn't know what was wrong.

Anyways, is there a way I could stop thinking like this? If this goes on for any longer I might...i don't know but its scary to think about.

you don't want to hear this: go somewhere, do something, socialize. with time it'll fade. surround yourself with others.

>>1 If you haven't already get your Doctor to cheek your heart, because it could be arrhythmia, or you need your dentist to have a look, you may have like another tooth there or something odd like that, or it could just be nothing at all.

ps: none of us here are any kind of Doctor or health specialist, so just go see your Doctor and get a full cheek up.
