I just happened to read a message that my friend from high school sent me this past February. The message was about the earrings I gave her for Valentine's day
freshman year,she still has them.I couldn't compose myself when I read the message so much was going through my head. She said it was random of her to message me,but I think there is more to it. The message was just days from Valentines. Also, she wasn't into me back in high school. I told her sorry if I embarrassed her for giving her the earrings, but she though it was a sweet thing I did for her.Is she implicating something? Or am I over thinking her message? I need help please

If you think that this message is something that means you want something so just ignore if that mean something or no and try to be more with her after all no matter if she like you or not you have to try.

In my interpretation I think it's just a normal, kind response one would receive after such a event. With your feelings that there seems to be more to it, perhaps she wants to be friends or is at least 'interested' to know more about you. I'm no love guru but perhaps you can just take it slow for now.
