The scariest part about journaling for years is grabbing a log from about a year and a half ago and reading your prediction of incomin events (a.k.a. the present state of affairs) to find out the accuracy of that prediction.

It's not about being smart it is about acknowledging where others are at in life and being understanding of their world view, strengths, weaknesses, patterns, and heart where one can make an accurate guess to what might come next.

Example:
A person does not handle stress well, has constant nightmares of being kidnapped, they have been sheltered their whole life and have a fear of trying new things?

Well you can foretell that for this person challenge and interpersonal relationships are a struggle. If anything were to go wrong between you and such a person, they would create a label and shun you out of fear, because of stress they can't communicate, because of being sheltered they are not open, and because of not wanting to try something new conflict would not bear compromise.
