Who wants to run away together? (19)

1 Name: Punyama : 2017-02-23 10:16 ID:Txi2Lm+/ [Del]

I'm too young to spend my time at home or working a job for a paycheck just to be spent on things that'll become regrets or worthless in months or years. I wanna make memories and travel and sing songs and learn true happiness and I want someone to do it with me so.. I know this is a long shot but if you're interested email me (Punyama.Dollars@gmail.com)

I'm not sure how to take this. As much as I like the idea of moving away never to return, by becoming a traveler or starting a new life, it's still hard to take something this vague that seriously.

Can we get some kind of context? Gender, age, country, plans, interests? Leaving permanently or just travelling for a while? Wanting to leave straight away or actually get to know each other first?

We all have different pictures in our head of what this is. We have different reasons, intentions, situations, plans, focuses, so as "interested" as any of us might be, it's probably because we're seeing something differently to what you are. I am curious where you go with this though, and if anything happens.

I'm an 18 year old male in America, context would've been useful but I was in a passionate mood sorry. Depending on how it goes I would be completely ready for a lifetime of travel but otherwise we would be returning home eventually. If you want to get to me, email me :D I'm completely chill with the idea

It's always nice to think of the romanticized side of things, it just makes you wish the reality would disappear for a while..

True happiness comes to us when we are not looking for it,

The meaning of True happiness is different to everyone, and no one lives in utter bliss of happiness every day.

To do what you are saying in your opening post, you really only have two options unless you already have a load of money -

work for a while saving money up to travel
or
live out of a bag and work at each place staying for a few weeks at a time along the way to move to the next place etc.

Are you saying that as if there is something wrong with either of those paths?

>>10 is the offer still open? I also live in america (but I doubt the same part) I can get aneywhere in the country in 2 days max

>>11 Do you fly? Do you find amazing flight deals? Or do you just not stop at all? which would be impossible unless you brought your own fuel. You'd still have to stop an hour max, definitely less, to re-fuel.

>>10 As attractive as that sounds, are you so sure that would make you happy? I guess though, you could always go back home if you didn't like it. Just don't die while you're away.

To me it sounds a lot like romanticizing. If you don't plan ahead at least a bit, don't work to have some money (you'll have to spend money on your journey for food/drink, fuel and at least some camping equipment, because you aren't allowed to sleep on the streets in every city. I bet applying to one bad job after another, which is difficult btw, while you're on the road because of the lack of money wouldn't be your thing), can handle difficult situation (let’s say you get sick/hurt on the way, your car breaks down, being short on money) things can get quite ugly. Don't get me wrong, the Idea sounds cool, but without planning a little bit ahead at least things like this can go from nice to very bad pretty fast. Honestly, if you feel like doing it do it in your 20s, when you're a little bit more experienced on life overall, have some money and at least on person to do this together. Get a higher education first to get better jobs later so you earn more money and can travel with fewer problems.

it sounds fun, but I'm a 16 year-old girl so I have to be cautious and I can't imagine it.... But where do you live? (not to be creepy, I'm really just looking for the state)

I wanna =O I used to have dreams about me and a bunch of friends running away and living in an old 18 wheeler that a train ended up hitting. I always played the song "Bullet Train" In order to continue those dreams ^^

To revisit this post, I've decided that if anyone would be interested in running away, they gotta be at least 18 and live in the states, have enough money for a plane ticket (that will be discussed in private email with me @ Punyama.dollars@gmail.com) and be completely comfortable with backpacking (don't know what it is? Look it up bud) if you're down for all that it'll be a done deal. Also if you really want me to hear me go into more detail just email me
