This might not be accurate but i hope that it helps:
pxx(cubed)-13x(squared)+3x+3=px(quadruped)-13x(squared)+3x+3

Your polynomial has no integer factor, so there is no "easy" way of factorizing it.

If you want to find the values at which P(x)=0, however, you will need to apply calculus theorems (if you have access to a computer for this homework, use brute force methods like the improved Euler method)

Also, yes, this math homework problem should not be on this board.
