Okay in 4 days I've eating 99 fortune cookies which have 110 calories in each of them. I gained 3 lbs. Help me please. Can someone give me some tips on how to stay motivated and healthy because I splurge way too often. I could really loose some weight but I absolutely HATE working out. Also I'm bored way too often and I just eat. I'm not at the age where I can drive to the gym or even go to the gym because I'm in my early teens. Everyone in my family makes fun of me and tells me I don't need to work out. This may be one of the reasons I'm not modivated.

How do you guys stay modivated to workout?

I will take any tips or advice.
Thanks

Your total weight might be a useful piece of info. Other than that doing some stuff, either sports or something else you enjoy that at least has you walk around, should do the trick. Just do it for fun.

I'm not really a sports person and I usually don't like being active. That's the problem. Going for walks with a couple friends would be fun and I think that'll try that. Thanks.

Get around 8-10 hours of sleep
Maybe get the wii
Playing sports with a winning team
Walk at the park or a place with great scenery to enjoy your walks
Maybe be inspired by something to workout like watching some strong person do something amazing
Are you motivated enough to cook yourself, you can look at these recipes to help control your diet
