Okay, so I've looked at every thread that had "confess" in their title and all of them were rather "should I" than "how should I" confession threads. Since I think it would be interessting to have such a thread in here (and also because I myself am in a situation in which I wonder how should I confess to my crush), I am making one! So please you people whom have greater relationship experiance, tell us your stories and tips on how to reveal your flame to your crush!

Ps: of course if there already is a thread about that and I just suck at searching, please just direct me to it ^^

Now i haven't had too much experience with this but something i can give as advice is that you should probably "ask the person out" sooner rather than later because you can end up being too attached to that person when you do go for it and if they reject you it can make it so much worse, and can make just being friends more difficult for you. i mean as long as you can get over it properly, just staying friends shouldn't be a problem but getting over it will be more difficult.

tl;dr - don't wait too long to ask them out

I know this will not help much, but when I like someone I just tell the person. When I get too embarrassed to speak in person, I send a message. Although I find it much more fluffy talk personally ^ ~ ^ Good luck to all who want to confess, don't be afraid to show what you feel! <3

So far, four guys told me they liked me back (but didn't want to enter a relationship cos we're all focused on school stuff) out of the countless men I have confessed to and just one became my actual boyfriend, and the first boyfriend and we're still in a relationship up to now.

So how I confess, I dun do it like the ones in the anime:
*calls guy out at the back of school
*"Here's this letter. It's written all of my feelings here, s-senpai"

Meh. I simply just have normal conversations with them, and when we have this light mood going on, I tell them what I admire about them (like, their personality, their talent etc) and then I tell them I have a crush on them :3 followed by "It's just a crush, though" so as to avoid it looking like "Will you be my boyfriend? Please be my boyfriend!"

My mindset was this: Doesn't matter if he'll hate me or something, just tell him about it. So I always brace myself for the worst.

Last time I confessed was in an online game .___. Something happened in that mmorpg. I got a bit jealous about nonsense, and then I started avoiding this guy whom I liked, but I couldn't take it anymore and so when I saw him online once, I told him out of the blue at the start of conversation.
