Coping with stress (2)

I've reached a point where I'm too stressed to really process or deal with things well. It's not a major life problem, but it's definitely getting in the way of what I have to do.
Any tips on how to ground oneself and deal with stress? :0 I'm sure other dollars could use the advice too!

(A little more on my end, though: Our finals are right around the corner, and a lot of requirements are group projects, which I'm not really good to begin with. Add the fact that I barely know my groupmates.
It's been stressful enough not having any friends in class. No matter how hard I try to contribute, my efforts seem kind of pointless. And that's just one of the projects. I really need to get back on my feet asap so I can do my part in the others instead of constantly thinking "No, I'm useless." and somehow segueing over to unrelated problems :/ sucks to be scatterbrained. )

Try talking to your group members more, if they are okay with your work then that's that. Try to do some things that relax your mind. Maybe talk to some people that relieve stress. Be sure to study so you can feel better because now you know some material for sure. Maybe lie down for a while(for temporary stress relief) and just think about ideas or a good memory. Maybe get some relaxing drinks like tea,aloe, milk.
