i am a guy and in love with a gay guy that i know and i want to confess my love but i do not know how to. he is experienced and i am not. i am completely naive next to him. his jokes go over my head and he keeps calling me a cheese ball and i don't know if it is good or bad.

I know it sounds cliche, but I think the best thing to do is just pull him over and confess to him in private. Just tell him how you feel about him and ask if there is any possibility that he could feel the same way.

There's honestly not much to do that would make a love confession less awkward. It's just one of those things that is awkward for everyone so you don't have to worry.

For now,keep hang out with him. Show him your attractive side. A change of appereance or attitude will be more attractive. Just take it easy,but still doing your best.
If you are ready,ask him to go somewhere together,if you think he won't come if it's just the two of you, just lie by saying there will be many friends coming. After that,confess to him. Be honest, let your emotion out. It must be embarrassing but keep fighting!! ^^
