help me guys with this question

consider two natural whole numbers of two digits :
x=ab and y=ab

prove that x+y can be divided by 11.

(excuse my bad english) please help me this is really important

1. Please remember that this is the Personal board, not the "Help me with homework" board.

2. x+y being divided by 11 for all x,y in the set of natural numbers is false.
Proof by counterexample:
Let x = 10, y = 10, then x+y = 20, which is not divisible by 11.
