On therianthropy? I'm not really sure what you're asking... but I don't really know what it is myself, so I googled it and read some stuff.

Therianthrophy itself seems to have mythological roots, about humans that shape-shift into animals. You know, like werewolves and stuff. But it looks like some people use it nowadays to refer to themselves, when they "identify as" an animal? Yeah... I really don't understand it either. It might be related to otherkin?? I have no clue, I'm pretty confused as well. But Kith, on the other hand, sounds more spiritual to me. From what I can tell, it's when people feel especially connected to a specific animal.

Now that I know all this, I'm not sure what I'm going to do with this information, haha.

Warning: The following advices were formulated only after a few hours of research. Take them with a grain of salt.

1- Assuming you are asking advice for your own sake (not for someone else or for research purposes), I recommend you first determine how identifying as therian or kith is affecting your life and your ability to work with existing society.

2- If everything is working relatively well and you are simply in need of more information about the topics/ people with similar inclinations to relate to, I believe there are forums out there where you can get the information. There are very few medical/scholarly works done on the topics (if any) so I cannot recommend any readings, sadly.

3- On the other hand, if the identification is causing you immense stress and/or impeding your ability to live in your current environment, then it might be best if you seek a professional to work out the best ways to create a compromise between the constraints of your environment and your identity.

4- Note that "otherkin" and related topics are viewed as bizarre in most western societies, regardless of prevalent religion and levels of modernity. Wherein science can provide a good understanding of transgender brains and justify it as a biological phenomenon, it has not done so for therians. I would therefore advice caution on how much you tell anyone about the topic.

Otherwise, hope there will be no issues and good luck.
