Where do I go in the Dollars if I need someone to scare someone away?

I know there are different type of Dollars out there but anyone can help me?

Try "countries" under main if you're trying to find a real person, just post you area and description of what's happening, and you might find someone that will help you, or otherwise just get a friend to do it for you, or maybe even just man up and do it yourself, this person would be more likely to leave you alone if you tell them that, not someone else
