so guys its pretty late and i cant sleep im crying due to frustration,anxiety well shit i don't know what i am feeling right now everyday, no matter how hard i try i always end up sad was it because of my trauma when my parents founded out what my uncle did to me or because im away from my friends....i always feel incomplete i dont know what is it that makes me like this i have insomnia please help me what do i o?

Try talking to friends, create more happy memories to replace the sad ones, if you can try to create " the perfect day" where you do all the things you like for recovery. Play some casual games. Meditate. Watch something funny. Read a interesting book like divergent ,lion ,boy ect. Get some hobbies like drawing or something

wow, it sounds like a lot has been happening with you lately!
it would be hard to give you any advice though, without knowing anything about you. You've made references to some kind of (presumably) abuse from a relative and that being noticed by your parents but that doesn't give us much to work with. i take, based on the way you talk about being away from your friends, that something changed recently to distance you from them (perhaps in response to your parents finding something out?) but I still have very little to work with if you ask for advice on how to deal with the anxiety, sadness, and insomnia. I can relate to the emotions, but can't guess what you're going through if you don't tell me.
it's fine if you would rather not discuss this in the public thread, so it's probably good to email any of those who posted above me (or below?) and fill them in on a few things so they can give you suggestions or just help you rant and let it out of your system a bit. if you like, here is my email as well, so when you can't sleep and feel all alone, you have plenty of people to talk to. don't struggle alone, there are so many people offering you their hand!

I can kinda help ppl that's insomniac so hopefully my advice will help you. For sure stay away from food items with caffeine and sugar stuff that can possibly be the cause you lack sleep. You also should probably work out something to waste energy and eat of course wouldn't want you to lose too much weight but it'll help to get tired. Then try to rest even listen to music or a certain sound that might seem to get you tired. Eventually turn it off if you feel silence seems to work a little better depends on you really. Have a nice air conditioned room and get comfortable. It might even help the stress to release from your body b/c stress can keep you up too. Make you bed as comfortable to your liking of course. Even massages can help maybe around the head and spine. Soak in a hot bath to relax and have maybe a non caffeine tea after it too. To sleep sometimes people just have to go this far to relax. Even talking to ppl can help.
