It sounds to me that you might be different to your mother, and she doesn't like that, so she's trying to bring you down and make you feel bad about your pathetic life, to make it worse, be the person you want to be, not your mothers

Unless you were really hairy back then (like the indian-kind of hairy) I don't think kids at 10 need a shave. But hey, GM meats have made us hit puberty faster than ever.

IKR, my parents want me to do all this crazy shit now and I'm like "can't I just shave like a regular person?"...It's the cheapest and fastest way to remove hair. (aftercare is a little annoying so someone help me out here ._.

Lmao, what even are parents anymore. Mine wouldn't let me shave but i have a serious hate of body hair on my armpits and toes.. as weird as that sounds. I hate toe hairs. ugh.

Mother's can sometimes be messed up. If it makes you emotionally abuse or any other type of abuse maybe you should discuss this to a counselor to see if they can help solve your issue before anything too serious action. Sometimes over-protection can be taken too far of a level. My mom back then when I was like 7 or so she told me I was a mistake, she never wanted me and wanted to either abort me or give me up. My dad though try to tell me to forget that stuff and tell me a lot but my mom said what she did. So idk if your mom is like that but hopefully it's not.

Show a little courage to your mom that you don't fucking care. And use communication to be able to understand each other

Of course I dont think this thread is about hair, OP has a serious issue which should get solve quickly. Try talking to her with a therapist and by yourselves(she could act differently in public).If I may ask, what does your dad think.
