Hey

as the name say , i have been in real pressure these 3 or 4 days that i lost the energy that kept me moving and helping people i have lost it i had a big drama that broke my soul really hard , i`m right now lost and i don`t know how to cheer myself up and i don`t know how should i build myself again and be stronger than before.

i just hope i find away

Don't lose your hopes. Listen even the best can be brought down. Well hey everyone gets sad sometimes, maybe you need some time to yourself. Try listening to music or keeping your mind off of things by going for walks. Try to start over and see what you're capable of. This may not be much but at least I'm trying.

Hey there.

I'm not very good at this kind of thing... But I'm going to try my best. One of the best things you can remember at a time like this, is that things can always get better.

I've seen the sad times myself, and the tough times. And, it has been very difficult going through them, but what has helped me each time is finding someone I can finally talk about it all with. Or just finding some folks to talk to unrelated to the problems and enjoy some time with them, even if it is all just through the net.

Thanks for your help , i`m focusing on the good things right now and don`t worry sometimes we forget the good things so we ask people to remind us about it , and yeah the pain of today is something for a lttle time and we should not make it affect us on bad way we should learn from it even if it hard but its keep us stronger than before.
