I don't know what to do? (HighSchool) (6)

Ok, so I'm just now starting high school. Today was the orientation, and was pretty boring but. One thing that got me a big scared is that. I am required to do a swim thing for P.E for 2 weeks, and I don't think I can do that since I have a tattoo on my arm, and my highschool doesn't allow tattoos nor piercings other than the ears. I have a lip piercing which I can take out. But anyways back on the topic. I don't know what to door the 2 weeks of swimming if I'm not allowed to have tattoos, and also because I don't swim, because of personal reasons. And it's Required so.. I have no idea what to do.. But yeah that pretty much what I'm stressing over right now.

Here is an idea. Why don't you try and remove your tattoo via lazer tattoo removal serger you.

Huh, i never heard of a class that requires you to swim. But I think they wont care if the tattoo is small and unnoticable. Depending on where it is, you can get some shirts made with almost the same material as a swimsuit (no cotton obviously) and some regular nike shorts (the ones that look the most like swim trunks)

But if those options dont work, consult the teacher, or your councilor about it and see if you can continue taking class.

And if that doesnt work, you may have to get the tattoo removed like comment #2 said.

perhaps if they would let you, you could wear something to cover it? like a skin tone cloth, some kind of water resistant gauze, just something skin tight and that doesn't stand out too much to cover it up. i'm really not sure what you could use, but if you look into it online i'm sure there's something cheap that could suit your cause.

I have a pretty big tattoo. It's on my forearm. It's black widow, and I payed $400 on it well not me My dad did. And I don't want to get rid of it just for a 2 week swim class. And the comment that said never heard of a required swim class. Yeah I thought it was weird too but I'm in a Catholic private school. I'm not really Catholic well, I'm not really into religion. I go to the private school because it has a very high education and the only high school in my state that gives out scholarships to the graduates and pay for most of your college tuition. But back to tattoo. This school is very strict. I normally wear a long sleeve since its kind of my style. So it help with the tattoo. But yeah.

Hey! I'd like to say that if you're going to Edsel Ford like I am, then just take health classes for two years. Either that, or try getting a pardon note.
