the great thing about this place is that nobody knows who you are.
I have friends, a boyfriend, and my family. But sometimes I feel so alone. alike I can't talk to them about certain things.
I have depression. And I hate always bringing them down with it. I don't take meds. Last time I did, I featured that lively side effects of suicide. I'm okay. just when I'm down, I don't know who I can turn to.
I find myself crying sometimes. And it's embarrassing...
I just want to know that I'm not stupid for feeling this way I guess.
Just want to talk to new people. Get my mind of things.

We have friends and family to talk with and that great but sometimes we feel like we need to talk with others , and yeah i hate to tell them how i feel so i don`t make them feel down or sad because of my problems , and no crying is not embarrassing thing to do its helps you to work hard for better future.

it is sometimes easier to talk to people anonymously, its one of the many comforts this site offers, as well as a vast amount of people to communicate with.
I'm glad that you came here, since you feel so cornered and alone.

please remember that the dollars are here for you! i also have suffered from depression once and it was really hard to overcome it but i talked to a stranger once in a chatroom and they totally understood what was i going through, and i felt so relieved i had someone to talk with, so if ur feeling sad dont hesistate and talk to us! ^.^
