School is starting, and so is my depression (3)

With the new school year starting, I thought I had gotten over my depression from the previous year, it was really bad. But it feels as though it has simply gotten worse. I have been having trouble with my anger as well, this does not coincide with my new job (which is all about customer service). I would love some help for tips on how to control my anger, some ways to stay not depressed throughout the school year and just some overall help really. It is very muchly appreciated, thank you.

As a child I had a big trouble controlling anger. I suffered bullying when I was a kid, so I decided it was time to stop control myself and go knocking on anyone I want. It was not a good choice, but as a child I did not have a very good logic. I learned to control anger distracting myself with other things when I get angry. That's when I started to draw and fight. You could try, can work with you. =)

Well I dont really know to much about depression in itself, but in ways to help with anger you can always try to do things that will let help let it out such as hitting a punching bag, exercising, or even crying which is known to make people feel better. Talking with others is also known to help
