i dont want to sound like a total loser or anything but i really think my life should've ended a long time ago. when i was young i didn't imagine i'd live this long so i never made solid plans for my life. now i'm older with debilitating mental illness and i can't get my life together. what should i do? where do i start? i cant afford a doctor/therapist and the government wont help me anymore. i'm completely on my own. my family abandoned me a long time ago and i have no friends who will help me without wanting sex/money in exchange. i don't wish to die.

Hmmm that sucks, are you male or female sorry had to ask, and what are you ill with, and why do you feel like your life should have ended ages ago, I know why you came and posted this we all do you made the right choice but you should calm down and think and your life will never end, and stay away from those who would only help you for your body, they'll see you are in a weak state of mind and no stability, so relax thats why the dollars are here.

If you ever need someone to confide into, I'm sure there are many others on here who felt the same way you do but they got through it, and many more who are in your position. I know how you feel, my method is not the best so I won't put it here. I am here to tell you to keep your head held high and wait out the storm. This is the first battle of many.

You should look for help. If you haven't a job then search for communities that do not receive government aid to help homeless, abandoned people, and chemical dependent and explain your case. I'm sure that will help you. you are of legal age?

You should try to find friends that will be nice and want to hang around you or do things you enjoy doing. That's a pretty good place to start.
