Hi, my mom has been looking for a good counselor, therapist or physiatrist for me. I'm specifically looking for one that can help me as someone in the LGBT+ community(won't say it's a phase or I'm confused). I live in the Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR area and would prefer someone close. Thanks for the help!

It's known to offer advice for people with a variety of issues, and is filled with people who have real experience. I would highly recommend it, and wish you luck in your search for help.

i took online counseling through brandnewdaycounseling.com she does onlne counseling specifically for lgbt and its really nice. the sessions are fairly cheap but shes an excellent therapist. she is in north carolina though so its not close to you but i figured id let you know about her. she is really good with the lgbt community. if youre interested, just go to her website and contact her. again, im sorry i dont know anyone close to you. good luck!

I've never been to any of those areas, but I've been reliable in the past for theraputic conversation. Best part is my "services" (if you want to call them that) are free. Where would you like to start?

I forgot to say that I would be going to someone for my depression and anxiety. I would prefer to go to someone in person because that way I can feel more at ease talking to anyone normally. But I'll look into the 7 cups of Tea and brand new day counseling. Thanks!
