Okay so this is hard to explain.
It really confuses me in some sort of way. . .its hard to put but what do emotions actually feel like. I know it sound stupid but i dont know how i should feel in situations.

Are you meant to feel something specific, ive never anything really. . .

Ive never had a crush or felt legitimately sad. Are you meant to feel a wave? A sensation? I know it sounds super confusing but any advice ect ect

You'll generally be able to feel emotions and understand what they mean when you get hurt, physically and mentally. When this does occur, write it down and how you felt. Keep a journal that'll help you keep track of these things. Then when you see someone in a similar situation later on in life, you'll be able empathise.

It takes years before you begin to understand yourself. Introspection is an amazing thing. Surprising how little people talk about it.
