I will explain my Situation for short:
I can't feel anything.
I don't have Family nor Friends.
You can say, that i'm cut out from the World.
My Question is:
How can I feel ?

I wouldn't go out in saying you can't feel anything, you just may not have found a passion or way of exploring your emotions yet. Akira had a similar question/problem and the best way to answer it is to explore. Try meeting new people, find stuff you like to do (sports, hobbies, working out, etc.), and maybe do something with your parents or maybe siblings if you have any. Growing bonds with people and doing things you like to do are good first steps in exploring emotions.
