Here are the facts.

1) I'm going to college for graphic design.
2) I'm tire of going to school for graphic design.
3) I've been here for only a year out of 4. Which brings me to
4)I'm low on money and feel bad that my parents are paying for a good portion of my bills because I'm a lucky son of a gun.
5) I'm not spoiled and realize the value of money.
6) I got fired from my previous job about 2 months ago and haven't been able to get one since. I've applied everywhere. My boss was a dick and when I stood up for myself, she fired me.
7) my parents are paying my monthly bills until I can get a new job (bless them)
8) I've expanded my knowledge 10 fold than what I've learned in school, from simple youtube tutorials, and am learning new things from YouTube tutorials faster than I am at school.

9) my dilemma here, is this question that follows.

Is college worth it?

Especially in my current the scenario.

Money's tight, I don't want to be a burden, and I feel like it's not worth the cost when I can learn it faster or slower, for free, online.

If anyone has any input, thank you.

its not worth it if you can het a job in graphic design without a degree

but ppl treat highschool diploma like GED now, you cant work at mcdonalds without a deploma in some places
so it's best to get the degree because employers are raising standards

its a matter of if you can get the job you want without the degree
if you can, quit college if you want
if not suffer through or change majors and aim for something different
