Umm hey my dollars friends. I was just wanting to ask if you guys ever experienced this before and know what this is. I have been experiencing loss of appetite or like not eating a full meal as I did before and I have been having hard times breathing and I feel like my chest feels like its heavy or like hurts and it's like I want to throw up but not want to. I don't think it good idea to tell parents.

I've never experienced this before, but it sounds serious. Unless there's a good reason not to tell your parents, you probably should let them know. If they know you don't feel well, they can try to help, like taking you to the doctor, to make sure you're okay.

Yeah it is probably the best to tell your oarents and go to a doctor. I don't want to scare you now, but just to go sure it sisn't something serious ^-^

Umm thank you guys so much I wasn't really sure if I should tell my parents. I didn't want to worry them. I also want to ask does depression also affect you with those symptoms?

If you're asking if depression would make it worse, then it could affect your appetite. However, and keep in mind I'm no doctor, I don't think depression could affect the nausea or breathing problems.

You should tell your Parents and go to a docter just to be sure it's not someting serious. But extreme stress and pressure can cause nausea and also this frog in one's throat. (I don't know If you have that one as well from time to time. Like wehen writing an exam in a subject you're not good at and worried or haveing to recite a presentation in front of class. Some times it is hard to breath when you have that) as well as a heavy Heart. Even young people nowaday can have a Burnout or big stressbroblems. Most of the time unconsciously and slowly stuff like that creeps up onto one. Keep in mind that the body also reactes to mental problems. A cell, for example, can alter up to 10 years just because that person is constantly stressed. I for example couldn't almost eat anything when I had to deal with a lot of stress and privat problems and had nausea very often when I did. That is not uncommon. Some people are more sensitive and have a more sensitive body which reacts more drsticaly then the body of others so it is quit possible that it is caused by a combination of depression and underlying inner pressure. But still let youself get checked by a Doctor please. I'm no professional and can only make assumptions.
