There is a woman I know for around 5 weeks now. Every time I see her, my heart is beating faster. I was at her place 2 times already for an anime marathon and we had much fun both times. The coming weekend she will be over at my place for a long gaming session. At the last time we met, I already tried to hint my intention in a flirty manner. She reacted kinda neutral though. I am sure, she sees me as a friend but I am not sure if she wants more or not.
So I am thinking about asking her out or try to flirt more to show my interests. The last woman I confessed to didn't talked to me for 3 months afterwards, so I am kinda careful. What do you think?

I think most people would say go for it. For me I'd personally like to know someone longer. Simply due to the fact of ACTUALLY knowing someone over just knowing someone. Though, I think it really depends on the type of person she is.

Some people get in relationships early but accept that they don't know much about the other person, learn over time and take it slow.

Some people decide to only get in relationships when they know lots about the other person.

I mean it really depends, if you're looking for love, that's something much more different than simple fast heartbeats when you see them. Love is not simple feeling. Not to say that feeling has nothing to do with it, but don't get blinded and make decisions on feeling alone, that's is my warning to you. It's a balance, you don't want to rush things too fast, though you don't want to wait until there isn't a chance anymore either.

I think that you should try and learn more about her before you ask her out. But make sure you hold on to her because of what you type it sounds like you found someone to truly love.

Don't flirt with her constantly, you don't know if she is bothered by it
