Yo what's up Dollar friends. I have a question to ask yo guys all. Is it normal to have 2 different eye colors like 1 reddish brown and the other greyish brown I really need yo guys help. It kinda really weird and creepy. Please help me out or is this normal?
Hi! Yes, it is completely normal to have 2 different eye colors. Especially if it's not an extreme difference between colors like blue/brown, blue/green, etc.
This can be caused by a number of ways: -It may be inherited. -It could be caused by genetic mosaicism, when your body is built of a mixture of cells of two or more different genotypes. -Chimerism. Which is having 2 types of cells, causing the 2 colors. (similar to genetic mosaicism) -Disease -Injury.
Heterochromia of the eye (heterochromia iridis or heterochromia iridum) is of three kinds. In complete heterochromia, one iris is a different color from the other.
I hope this helps. If you want more information on stuff like this you can see a doctor about what it is or if you really want to "Fix" it, you can ask about medical procedures.
I don't recommend it though. You only get one set of eyes. I think the colors sound beautiful and unique.
>>1 indeed it is very normal as >>2 said, but also fairly rare, so just think of it as being a little be more special then most people with one shade of eye colour. :D
