i have a friend who is trans gender I've been friends with this person since i was in 6th grade and he was in 5th but after i went into foster care and came back home and he moved to Portland i finally got a hold of him.He is staying the night at my place this weekend and i dont know if he still cares about me..... what should i do?

My bad, that was me who deleted that. ^ The dates system on this website can confuse me sometimes. I'm guessing that from the second to last sentence that the feelings he had/has for you is not something you both share. My advice is that if your not sure if you'd be comfortable in that atmosphere being alone with him then maybe you could invite over another friend to spend the night that weekend, that way it can kinda break that weird and awkward feeling from happening. If I had to recommend a type of friend, I'd say someone who likes to talk a lot but isn't annoying and have it be someone you trust, I'd maybe tell him/her about what's going on too so they stray away from any weird topics.
