I don't think you're feeling stress, more like constant anxiety attacks. It probably stems from a constant change in your environment? I can't be the diagnoser though...
Pinpoint the cause of your stress. Because you can never find a solution until you know the problem.
But trust me, you won't be having this feeling for very long. I remember moving into my brother's house and staying full on depressed for a week or two. I started losing weight and extreme fatigue. But now it's fine, you gain the adaptability and immunity.
My environment didn't change but I did. And sometimes that's just the necessary way to get around out of such predicaments. You put yourself in more stress when you try to change the outside and not the in.
If you don't know where to start, then start by saying that "this situation will not last long". 100% I know you're saying you can't see any change happening in the future but the thing is, it's a natural process which you can't go against too easily. Humans naturally hate change.

>>6 's idea. If you've got one, go to a hot spring. Or get a facial done where they thoroughly massage your face and really release something from your suppressed thoughts (sometimes they do a bit of the neck as a bonus). First hand experience: I'm a pretty spiritual person but every now and then I experience a complete block of my energy flow and it's probably because I depleted it a lot during certain meditations. I had an appointment booked for a facial on the same day anyway. During the facial I could finally visualize some of that energy coming back, like a gate had been "opened" again.
