Care Problems.. (7)

1 Name: じめじめミーム : 2016-05-06 10:12 ID:cRVXhytq [Del]

First off, I am in care. Today I left my carer's house due to stress and that leading to my cutting.. My friend's mother offered to take me in. I am at the house now but the stress is getting worse, to the point I might hang myself off a bridge, what do I do?

I'm not really that good with this kind of thing but I know that if your going through rough times things will always get better. I know this might not be good advice but trust me things will get better. I know from some personal experience that something good will happen if you stay positive. Sorry this isn't great advice.

I agree with Keiko 100%.
No matter how bad things may seem, they will always get better. Life is full of ups and downs, and without both the good and the bad, life is nothing. Living for the goods times is what makes life worth living. We learn from the bad. Don't let life beat you, you are here to beat life. Remember, no matter how things may seem, things will always get better.
I know this from my own experiences and my own life, so trust me. The worst thing you can do is to reject staying positive, so embrace it!
Sorry if this preachy, but it's the truth. I hope you take advise people give to help you. Not just on this site, but from those you know in your life who want to help as well.

Life isn't so sweet. It's just normal that sometimes you feel desperate. But that pain that you feel now it will make your soul stronger. No matter how many times you fall Stand up every time. Just look forward.

Just like what is mentioned, life is not all about happy and wondrous experiences, but also bad experiences. Stand firm even if it is hard for you this time. I'm sure there are people around you who are willing to help you with all of their efforts and might. If you give up, there's nothing left. Everything will be okay in God's perfect time .

A short term solution so you don't go off and die due to stress: go to a hotspring.

I don't think you're feeling stress, more like constant anxiety attacks. It probably stems from a constant change in your environment? I can't be the diagnoser though...

Pinpoint the cause of your stress. Because you can never find a solution until you know the problem.

But trust me, you won't be having this feeling for very long. I remember moving into my brother's house and staying full on depressed for a week or two. I started losing weight and extreme fatigue. But now it's fine, you gain the adaptability and immunity.

My environment didn't change but I did. And sometimes that's just the necessary way to get around out of such predicaments. You put yourself in more stress when you try to change the outside and not the in.

If you don't know where to start, then start by saying that "this situation will not last long". 100% I know you're saying you can't see any change happening in the future but the thing is, it's a natural process which you can't go against too easily. Humans naturally hate change.

I like >>6 's idea. If you've got one, go to a hot spring. Or get a facial done where they thoroughly massage your face and really release something from your suppressed thoughts (sometimes they do a bit of the neck as a bonus). First hand experience: I'm a pretty spiritual person but every now and then I experience a complete block of my energy flow and it's probably because I depleted it a lot during certain meditations. I had an appointment booked for a facial on the same day anyway. During the facial I could finally visualize some of that energy coming back, like a gate had been "opened" again.
