So, to start I guess I'll give some background. I met this guy on anime amino and we started talking. We became friends over time and we had known each other for almost 2 years. When he left Anime Amino, his goodbye mentioned me as his girlfriend, I didn't agree to that btw. He would always mention that he liked me though. We stopped talking for several months after one of our conversations died down and then just ended. He contacted me on skype about a week ago and we started to take again though. Evidently, I sent him a picture of me in my bra since he was asking for a pic of my breasts, I tried to avoid going totally bare. After refusing him a fully nude picture for the third or fourth time, he snapped at me and said he would never talk to me again and called me a bitch. I said that what he said simply proved that him saying that proved that he was lying about liking me. He said, "no I did like you bitch".
I then replied with " a obviously not if you can call me that so easily. You shouldn't push a girl to do those things and then get mad at her when she says no. "
Jake: "fine I'm sorry"
I needed a break and simply said , "I've gotta do my homework, gtg"
Jake: "Wow really"
Me: "I'm sorry" I said I'm sorry because I felt sort of bad, I didn't want to stop talking to him forever, I really enjoyed his company, but I felt it was for the best to force myself to leave since he was a toxic person. Honestly, I did like him back some, but I couldn't bring myself to date someone that I would never meet in real life. It just didn't seem right, I would want my first boyfriend to be someone I could be near.
But because of my feelings towards him, I haven't been able to get the thought of him out of my head. I just want to move on. So I'm here to ask, how can I do that? How can I move on from how we left it?
Thank you for taking your time to read this and I really appreciate any useful answers. Sorry if I didn't post this in the right place.

Based on my personal experience, you could just let time take care of things and maybe eventually you'll become interested in someone in real life and move on from your past feelings. However, it might take a while, for me it took almost 8 months to move on from a friend I also met online and knew for two years. You can also tell him everything and be completely open, since once he knows how you felt/feel it becomes easier to get past it. :o
