Hi so I'll get right to the point. So I am going to a concert soon, and it is very very important to me as I am going to see a band that I really look up to and I want to make the most out of this experience and never ever forget it. I am even going to go and buy a new outfit just for this concert. I am both extremely excited but also sad. I keep getting these little waves of depression knowing that it is only for a short time that I get to see my idols live for the first time nd it won't last long. It sound like I'm making a big deal out of nothing but it really does hurt. So what I am here for is to ask how can I stop this feeling? How can I make the very most out of this experience? Thank you for your help.

(Also, sorry if this doesn't belong here, it just seemed mornepersonal than anything else, thanks!)

Be determined to get a decent souvenir. Just make sure it doesn't stop you from doing what you're there for.

Enjoy the moment while it lasts because it'll only be for that moment. If you end up buying a souvenir, try to buy a CD or something

I agree with those two. Live in the moment and enjoy it while it lasts. Souvenirs are a great way to preserve memories, so probably grab one while you're there. The moment won't last forever, but you can always look back on it with fondness. Nostalgia is a magical thing.
