I have anxiety,and my mom refuses to take me to a doctor what should i do ? Should i go myself alone or i am just overthinking it and look like those suicide girls on tumblr?

No your not go to your counselor at school report that because if you feel that you have anxiety and suicidal thoughts maybe you should seek help :)

I would definitely say that if you feel strongly about it then seek out someone. It's not okay to feel alone or trapped in any situation. Anxiety and stress are always going to be there in your life, talking to someone might make a huge difference. It's always worth trying for if it can make your life even a little better, right?

Remember to be completely honest. Don't try to skew the answers so that the results end up how you want them. If you take many and most say you most likely to have an anxiety disorder, then start talking to your school counselor. They should be able to help you some and if it's serious enough, they can try to get you help.
If you're not comfortable talking to your counselor, you can also research coping mechanisms to help you deal with anxiety and stress.
This is what I do and it does help, even if a little. I was professionally diagnosed, but my parents, like yours, refuse to get me help. It's really important to take care of yourself and control your anxiety the best you can until you are able to get help.

Well make a journal of what triggers your anxiety. I'd tell you the symptoms of an anxiety attack but I wouldn't want you to become paranoid and whatever. But yeah it comes in almost unexpectedly and definitely doesn't feel good at all...

Do sport, something that'll knock you out of anxiety.

I did triathlon, and that's relaxing in the end, because after doing it you no longer stress at all.
