try listening to music? Or just take a break and hang out with friends and family. It depends on whats keeping you busy if its something like school work then you can try doing little bits at a time, if its something personal or something relating to work then try talking to someone, maybe they feel just as stressed as you. trust me it feels good to have someone to talk to.
