I was just wondering if there were mainly high-schoolers/university students/working population on here?

Im a high schooler and hopefully this time next month or two i'll be either a programming student or a physics student

I'm a high school student. I hope to become a psycholigist, a historian, an author/mangaka, do something with my life.

Nice to meet you, Ryukagoka and baccano! So, I'm guessing mainly high school students. ^.^ I was just imagining that maybe 5 or even a few more years down the line, this community would have a lot of people with varying professions and doing different things, which I find really cool and inspiring, if we ever all supported a cause wholeheartedly as a whole.

Im actually a junior college student going for my degree in computer engineering and nano technology fresh out of high school by the way

3rd year maths student here. I'll have to choose my specialization in a few months and I still haven't decided but I'm currently thinking of becoming a maths teacher.

Been out of college for almost a year but will be returning to grad school for a masters in meteorology later this year. If I survive, I will advance to becoming a phD candidate later down the line in the future.

4th year BSc university student in Molecular Biology/Genetics, graduating next year :)

I'm a pharmacy technician, and currently and undergrad student of psychology.

@Dark Rose Don't worry! We won't laugh at you! We're all pretty supportive of one another! And having the dream of being a writer is definitely nothing to be ashamed of and don't let anyone tell you otherwise! (Sorry if that came out sappy)

Currently, I am a 3rd-year (junior) Bachelor of Arts student at my uni, majoring in Sociology-Anthropology. Not sure yet about the future, but I am hoping to maybe do a Masters degree and then PhD just for the heck of it and figure out my way somehow :P

@Dark Rose: Don't worry, mate. It's one of my dreams too and there's nothing shameful about it. Try your best to make your dream come true and have the last laugh.

3rd year Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering, dream is to go on and make Video Games so I can tell the stories that I want to tell in the medium I enjoyed so much as a kid.

@Dark Rose if you want to be a writer then you are going to have to come out and release your writing. Don't be afraid of constructive criticism and just keep on writing, you'll get there.

I'm a senior in high school about to go to Engineering university to study Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics. I'm eventually gonna get my Masters and hopefully a Doctorate.

At the moment, I do freelance work for a living, meaning I take a commission for doing whatever job a client requests. My work so far has included mass market illustrations, 3D modeling/game level design, creative writing/editing or plotting/etc, and technical writing for textbooks/etc.

In the long run, I'd like to make a living income residually through my own books, games, animations, etc. I'm still in the learning phase of this at the moment -- trying to get to a skill level that I think is adequate and learning the best programs/techniques for each project.

I'm a high school student (Australian) studying the following subjects:
English, Maths, Science, PDHPE, 2nd Language French Extension, Elective Geography, Elective Music, Elective, Chinese Continuers.

In the future I hope to work in a field of science while also teaching music/being a music tutor for singing and piano!

I should be in my 2nd year of college right now but i stopped when i was still in my 1st year,I'm currently studying programming by myself and trying to further improve my English also while trying to learn Japanese,will be kind of hard to find a job for me though O_O
