I have a friend who is really close to my mum.She has children.One of the older child and I have google hangouts.She started to be mean to me for no reason.I might have to meet her again.We often meet each other and we eat dinner or play at her house.Her mum is always there.Should I tell her about the incident?

Honestly sweetheart, I think you should.
If she's your friend, she'll help you as best as she can.
The road may become a bit bumpy because I don't know how this other girl acts, but I think you should stand up for yourself and try anyway.
Or you can tell your mom about it and ask HER to talk to the other mom and see what happens.
