So first i wanna apologize if i have a wrong grammar.

This thinking stroke my mind when i was watching a tv show, where the superior of a good company got mad only because of a little bad habit of someone. Then the boss suddenly went mad to the person out of nowhere, really discouraging that person. In my opinion, it was not necesseary to act that way.
I know that it is wrong about disrespecting someone, but it is not intended, and in reality it is not a disrespect. It is most likely a habit to do something, that from other's perception, think that he/she disrespects that person.
Right now i see many of superior people keep their workers with high expectation, which i see is great. But sometimes i also see a point in which when the workers did something bad, the superior is like, humiliating him/her in front of many people or by giving him high pressure, even if the problem is a little one. Imagine you are the one under the table now, and had evey mistakes and habits lectured and got mad at.
I feel really frustated with this act. Why cant they tell that they dont like the attitude and pretty pretty please do it softly?? Many tend to go lecture or go mad to others feel like, i am the boss, i can lecture you and everything as what do i want it to be? They tend to use their position to abuse someone, that if that under talked back to explain, other people would see it like,"talking bad and back to its superior", or "well, that under had been lectured and got mad, that one is bad", which really hurts the unders. I dont believe that small manners have to be taken big, except if it is really getting out of control
Finally i am asking you guys, what do you think of this habit and position abusing? And do you have self thought or solution that i can do? Or maybe you want to share your story about this?

Too bad, but as long as the world is revolved around the current structure, that's not possible.
Those types are the insecure ones that need to feel superior, really. On the other hand, kind bosses are usually looked down upon and be humiliated in return by the peers/superiors. Just the shaming game.

Superiors are always at the top for a reason. May they have worked in a field for so long, maybe they have a higher skill level or a higher level of knowledge. Either way, they are the ones known to have the most expertise among others.

But, that doesn't always mean it's right. Sometimes they can abuse their power or not know how to handle it properly. Just because you've been most experienced in something doesn't always mean your the best.

Just a problem I'd like to point out, you said "i was watching a tv show". In that context, that can be fiction. Don't confuse TV with reality. I think superiors abusing their power is a common trope in TV shows, so don't take it too seriously, okay? I wouldn't really worry about that happening.

As someone who's considered a "superior" in some context, here's what I can say. I'm not always the best at something. When someone "under me" asking for help with what they're working on, I can't always give the best answer but I try to do my best. I want to be someone who can be looked up to and help out as many people as I can with this "power." I feel like being considered a "superior" gives me a reason to act like one.

So not all of them are good, but not all of them are bad either. If this is something you're worried about, I think you'll be fine!
