1 Name: x : 2016-03-24 07:12 ID:2h0H0aMC [Del]

So I'm a girl and for some reason I can nearly never like the heroine of a story. I'm overcome with a huge desire to somehow conquer/destroy/kill the heroine... Is this bad?

Nope.
Most heroines are crap anyway.

^ Point. To think the general public think Disneys doing a good job for adding more female heroines. Hell yeah, crappy ones who're only fighting themselves (ie relationships), not an ACTUAL war...

Frozen: nooo I don't wanna reunite with my sister but now I want herrr in a threesommeee.
Brave: Noooo I hate my mummmm but now I love herrr.
Tangled: Noooo I wanna be freeeeeee......and where's my REAL mommy!?

I hated Brave the most for some reason.

>>1 >>4 This is sorta unrelated, sorta not, but have you read any of Jim Butcher's books? His series have male protagonists but his heroines are about as awesome as they come. Just some advice for finding likable heroines.

Along with >>5 If you want a good heroine, try James Patteron's Maximum Ride series. Max is one of the best protagonists I've ever seen.
