So I'm going to complain more on here because I don't know who to trust anymore. So my ex boyfriend, who I'll call Alex, and I recently broke up. On Friday. One of my friends, who I'll call Hanna, we aren't friends anymore, was basically talking to him all the time. on Saturday, the day after we broke up, Hanna was talking to him and shipping him with my best friend, Who I'll call Laura. He asked Laura out on Sunday night, we were skyping. I have now found out, in history class, that Laura, who I trusted with everything, had told Alex everything I had said. I already didn't trust Hanna, but now I've been told that Laura had told him, which I had said that she can't tell people and I trusted her so much. I know this is normal and it happens everyday but I can't tell anyone. The only thing I know what to do is act that I'm happy and if I talk they'll all hate me.

From your situation, I can't really help you unfortunately. As you said, you can't really talk to them about this if you think they will hate you.
I can counsel you is to find true friends you cant trust. From what I saw, that Hanna isn't your friends, that Alex...Well, we won't speak about him and that Laura just betrayed you. That kind of problem in society is quite common and, I'm sorry to tell you that there is not a real way to solve this problem.

Some will say that you should just tell them and stay true to yourself.
Some will say that you don't say anything and act like everyone in this corrupted society.

Society is harsh, life is harsh. Humans are unpredictable and are ugly. It is reality.

Now, what I want to tell you is to look at your situation and see how would become your situation depending on what you are going to do.
Find people that you can trust is all I can say. Hoping that you would be alright.

Humanity is not entirely fucked up, it just depends on how you view it
(it doesn't mean I like humanity though)

Best thing I would do is to not let anyone else bother you on what they think of you.May not be easy, but it is a possibility.
